Night force shv vs nxs?

I know the turrets are different and on the nxs they are exposed have handleed both but just indoors. Whats the difference in glass between the two is the nxs better glass or about the same?

The NXS is tougher in every way,its a military scope vs. A nice hunting scope. It weighs more, and the tube and overall construction is undoubtedly more substantial. I would bet the SHV would not pass the railroad tie testthey made a video of, but I also would not care either way, as that's not what scopes are meant for.

Do the turrets feel the same on both scopes or are they different?

My dad has both and I can't see a notisible difference in glass. I also havent really compared them side by side.

I know the turrets are different they arent as hard to turn but they still have a good feel to them i would be looking at the 5-20 so it has a zero set or something like that for a zero stop just different style. The turrets are capped thought. I looked through them in a store next to each other the other day and couldnt tell a difference. The shv is still heavy maybe not as heavy as the nxs.
