The lower is registered as a pistol, and in my struggle to not shoulder it, I have problems with the sight picture on the P300 scope. I don't seem to have this problem with the Aimpoint PRO.
Had a 3/4" riser layin around, so I put it on to see, and it seems much easier, for me at least, to get a good look down the tube. I wear thick glasses, old eyes .........
Now I haven't shot it this way yet, so. all this speculation might be in vain, but time will tell. Think low cheek, (Russian) chin weld. Hehehe.
I have some boys bow hunting my property today, so I cant try it till tomorrow.
Just tryin to get it all set up for deer season.
I got picked for a managed hunt, and might have a shot out to 200 yards or so, and with the MDC lurking around the "park", I want to make sure that brace doesn't come too close to the shoulder.
I'll prolly use a bolt gun, but just wanna see.
