does a .223/5.56 bolt carrier work with a .264LBC bolt?

I'm going to order a BHW barrel, and I'm planning to order a bolt from them to go with it, but they don't offer bolt carriers. I'm assuming that since it's an AR15 that the above mentioned carrier will work, but I'd like to know for sure.

Yes it will use a standard AR15 bolt carrier. I recommend running the full auto M16 carrier for the extra weight. Standard springs and buffers will do fine. No need to play that game. I also recommend getting an adjustable gas block.
