Lures and Baits

I had good luck this year with Weiser's Western lure, specifically Super Cat, coyote urine, and his Horse meat bait, and O'Gorman's PRCC..

IMO you should always have urine for coyote sets, if nothing else always have some of it available. I'm really liking bonanza mild and gov.call, for coyotes. On cats I prefer to make my own receipt out of beaver meat.

I too use a O'Gorman's lures quite a bit. The critters here get hit pretty hard, I have shyed from a lot of lures and baits. I stick with urine, fox, yote and cat. I'll also use fox gland and urine with some feathers for yotes. I think its a pressure issue. Everybody going for yotes and there are yotes getting educated and they are shying from loud coyote smells.
I would really back off bait, your in an area your going to be remaking sets after possums and coon wreck them. If you must use bait, Powder River Paste Bait is a Rattler based bait that seems to work.
