BTE Adj. .936" block
Anderson Machine Lower with guard
Ebay Special forend/ A2 butt stock/ Grip
DuraSight QD High rings
20" Green Mountain SS 1-12" barrel.


The load was Ramshot Tac 24gr with 39gr BK seated right at the lands.

So you're saying you don't have to spend a lot to get around 0.3 moa to 200 yds w/ a little judicious reloading? Good to see Green Mtn.s bbl's are doing so well.

This one only liked the 39gr BK. It would shoot the 40's great but only in one node. The 39gr BK would work on almost all weights tried and seating depths. It took a little time, but no seriously ridiculous time span.

Do you like Tac or 2200 the best for the practical? I've had good luck with Tac and 40gr Sierra's in my 20Tac AR.

It's a toss up. The Ramshot TAC is a stellar powder with the heavies and the same is to be said for the 2200 and lights. For my money Ramshot TAC gets the nod.
