Best powder for 6.5 creedmoor with 140 Amax

H4350 is by far the most popular for sure.
I have not tried Superformance but have talked with a couple of folks who use it and like it.
I personally have had good results with Reloder 17 / IMR4007SSC / N150 as well.
I am using the 4007ssc currently

I have never seen any manufacture list the powder on the box. I just looked at my Hornady 6.5 and there is no powder listed.

i use superformance for mine. i shoot it with a 120gr ballistic tip [beeep].

its a 20 vt, but it also has a 16 1/4" MGM heavy factory barrel.

I had never seen load data on the factory ammo I had looked at. That is good to know since I am shooting 1" groups at 200 yards with that ammo. Problem is that I cant find the Federal primers and havent seen H4350 here for a long time. I will be trying something different.

The current ammo appears to not have that data any longer. This I verified.
If you believe what people put on the Internet back early on in this current powder shortage Hornady had to switch powder as well .....rumor has it they used Hybrid 100?

Hornady themselves also put out data for the 120-123gr ammo showing they used Varget to lessen recoil with a slight lose in velocity vs H4350.

I use H414/Win760, or Superformance. Did a bunch of testing with the Pressure Trace over Christmas, Superformance was slightly better for heat resistance(compared to 4350).
