Touchdown, the crowd goes wild. I experienced the same thing years ago when I started using a .204 in the AR platform. I contacted Hornady and they claimed that the cartridge was made specifically for an AR. Kind of odd why it is RCBS that offers small base dies. I had some success by really cranking down on my Hornady dies, but the RCBS really do the trick. I am glad to hear that your problem got resolved.
