hopefully the wardens are more normal there then they are here. I would be afraid of talking with a warden here and showing them my gear, it would show intent and I would be ticketed if they read the implied law differently than me.
I have a friend who was ticketed for intent. he had a box of target loads in his truck, warden inspection before hunting said he intended to use them, he had all his regular shells in his pack , this was water fowling with a steel shot requirement.
there is a sentence in our game laws that reads you can't spotlight with a weapon in the vehicle, not including headlights from a car, that sentence cost another buddy of mine $6500 to bring to trial. after a warden gave him a ticket for spotlighting while driving along the edge of a field to park and walk into his tree stand
the gray area is insane, and has driven many old hunting buddies of mine to take up other sports
