About 25 years ago I bought a used 270 from the gun shop.. Not sure the brand but I bought factory ammo for it...
After each shot the bolt would lock up tight like high pressure...
At the time I didn't know about pressure and did not reload at time..
I had to wait for like a minute before bolt would open.. After about 8 rounds I gave up and took it back... They checked it and gave me a refund.. I never asked what was the problem and they didn't say..
What would cause the bolt to lock up with factory ammo?? Could it of been a wild cat of sort? The bolt closed fine but would not open after the round was fired...
Just some speculations on what it might of been...
