Just to let you know about some FANTASTIC service that I recently had from Hornady.
I had a Hornady Lock-N-Load Auto Charge unit that I purchased used. It developed some issues with the pressure-sensitive keys sticking, and I e-mailed Hornady about it. I did explain that it was out of warranty, and the issues with the unit.
A Rep called me back, and said that they could see that I participated in their emails to Congress about gun/ammo issues, and that my honesty about the unit being out-of-warranty would be to my benefit.
Hornady supplied a free UPS mailing label for me.
About three weeks after I sent it to them, they responded that the service order request was complete, and a package was being returned to me.
WOWSER---they sent me a brand new unit!! And yeah, this one works perfectly!
I guess that I'm one lucky guy!!
