Never. In fact the Cal Fish And Wildlife Commission has been infected over the last few years with rabid animal rights types. They just banned contest hunts now their getting ready to take away our night hunting that we've enjoyed for as long as I've been hunting (Late 1970's). Ban electronic calls, ban AR's for hunting and issue coyote tags as opposed to no limit year round and fully protect Bobcats. We are so screwed. I'll just hunt Nevada. I'm always hunting the border area anyways. Right now I feel like I'm hunting the border area between this life and the next after last nights drinking binge Grizz
