Any news on ATF 41P?

Has anyone heard any updates on 41P? A lot of my local dealers are saying it was pushed back to May '15. I was wondering what the climate is like....

No word on the decision, planned on by may '15

Good news is they have hired a few more people and have cut the backlog in half and the people that are working there are allowed to work as much as they want.

I agree, but in this case where people are sitting for months and waiting for the Government to stamp a form and literally send you a stamp it's about time they tried to cut the pending list.

I would much prefer to cut the number of people that work there, and remove Suppressors from the list of things that need this. I get it if you want an cannon or machine gun that is Class 3 but a muffler should not be on the same list.
