No bobcat hunting in IL

Governor Quinn (D), on his LAST day in office (being replaced by Bruce Rauner (R)), vetoed a bill which would have legalized some bobcat hunting in IL over the recommendation of the IL DNR. What a difference a day could have made.
 
so, bobcats were not legal to hunt, a bill passed & this guy didn't sign it? So, nothing changed except you now have a new guy. pass it again & send to him 7 see what happens, might get it signed this time.
