Federal Fusion velocity

Does anybody know approximately the velocity of Federal Fusion MSR 62 grain in a RRA Predator Pursuit with a 20 inch barrel, I don't have a chronograph.

2951 fps from 20" 1:8 barrel, according to:



Last trip I carried regular Fusion 62gr, next trip will be the MSR.

Why? Cycling issues with the higher velocity?

Good point JPK, I'll need to range test the MSRs for accuracy and cycling in my AR before carrying to a set.. tks

Also think they advertise MSR as stronger primer for floating firing pin AR app.

MSR update: had range time today, changed scope mount, re-zeroed,,,
both standard(20) and MSR(10) cycled flawlessly and appeared equal in accuracy.
Will carry the MSR next yote trip..
