Trying to decide on a 20" predator pursuit upper or the 18" varmint with the new tro hand guard upper. I am gonna be using it for calling mostly any ideas. Thanks

Get the 20 inch predator pursuit. The barrel isn't light, its almost a pound lighter than the 18 inch varmint and full pound lighter than the 20 inch varmint. With a 75 grain hand load, mine has killed everything from hogs to dall sheep. As far as accuracy, if you hold up your end of the deal, it will stack holes on top of holes.

Decide how much wt. you want to lug around. The lighter the better for the most part I think. I would consider the 18" R3. Lighter gets you in position quicker, doesn't overswing as much cause you never know were they are coming from or how many shots on the run you'll have to take.

Just ordered a PK Custom Rock River 18" ATH upper the barrel is the same one used in the predator pursuit 20" and 16" hope it performs like the two mentioned and from what I have read it should hopefully be here by wed.

I went from 16 to 20 and there was noticable weight difference but wouldn't change a thing.

I have a predator in 20 and a coyote in 16 I like my 20" better 55 gr v-max 3/4 " all day. Happy hunting!
