Rapid transition sight

I recently ordered a 45 degree rail from GG&G. On this I plan to mount a red dot to be a rapid transition sight. Anyone have any recommendations as to which red dot? I would like it to have decent fov, small size, and light weight. Thanks.

I like the Burris Fastfire for its decent price, reliability and small size. I have one on a pistol that has not been troubled by riding the slide. The dot may not be a perfect dot but that comes with a few hundred more bucks.

I've used the Bushnell Trophy TRS 25 on my AR and on other rifles and pistols. I just looked on Amazon and there about 1/2 price from what I paid.

Check out Primary Arms. They have some sweet little micro dots for a good price.
