FRIDAY NIGHT MUSIC THREAD...

Flipping channels last, (while cussing this dang cold/flu bug I'm fighting), I came across a Bee Gees tribute group on one of the "local" (Wichita) PBS stations.
While I have never considered myself a fan, I stayed for a while to watch.
Realized that there were some songs that I liked back in the day, that I never realized were performed by the Brothers Gibb.

Now I can't get them out of my head.
So, I thought the rest of you should join in my suffering. Hahahahahaha

I like those choices Infidel; Listened to some tunes while on a road trip with my boy today, looking at trucks.
Subjected him to some oldies.

Saw this first one the other night on Letterman.
Enjoyed it so much that I just HAD to play it.
(Especially since I've always liked 'em both!)
Some may not like their performance. But, when you consider that Billy Joe just turned 75...and Willie is 81...it's pretty good.
Neither of these legends will be around much longer, I'm afraid.

Well, since I know I won't be back online until sometime next week, here's my Friday choices a day early..................

This past weekend, I "binge-watched" the TV show "Sanctuary".
Jim Byrnes (who's music I love), made a couple special appearances over the 4 seasons.
In the final episode, Jim's character sang a short version of this song.
I actually prefer the partial version that was done on the show.
So the first video is that clip.

In 2014, he's still got it!!
