Happily with the ATF approved "Stabilizing Brace" attached, it can also be fired quite handily from the shoulder. And before somebody gets all excited about that, ATF has already determined and published a notice addressing the issue of firing the weapon from positions other than by one hand. There are NO legal issues! That is why these braces are now factory options on a growing number of brands (like SigSauer) and are selling like hotcakes as aftermarket accessories. Much better option than trying to get permission from some federal agency and paying a $200 tax when YOU decide that YOU want to get a smaller and more manueverable firearm than what the Govt. says you should be able to own.
