Using air to skin a yote?

Due to the fact that a lot of my hunts take place in the morning before i head off to class, i usually do not get a chance to hang one up and skin it until a few hours after I shoot it. Which translates into a cold body and a lot of hard pulling. I had a buddy tell me about using an air compressor to inflate the hide off of the carcass for easier skinning. Any of yall every tried this? or do i just need to suck it up and pull harder?

i tried the air skinning on a coon and a possum for the first time maybe a month ago. i used a needle like what is used to fill a basketball. you want to get the needle just under the skin. it works very well! give it a try.
