Those darn juries keep not doing what my agenda demands. [beeep] them.
People place too much credence on the ME. He's medical, not criminal in any way. If a guy dies after someone touches him, it's homicide. That doesn't mean it's legal or illegal, he just died after someone touched him, or their actions (and inactions) did the same.
If my dr notes I have a cut on my finger, it doesn't mean I was attacked and stabbed by thugs. It just means I have a cut.
