Eugene, he got to experience his first called fox a few hours before that picture. He also managed to get his first deer this past Saturday. I think he has officially gotten bit by the bug now.

TJ, I just read that story and its a great telling. It's nice he is able to see that much game when he is out. Now dad has to keep him in guns, so that means you get to buy more! Always a good excuse to spend time with the little guy. Thanks for sharing.

My dad took my brother and me squirrel hunting a lot, too. We had a bunch of recipes for squirrel, and my brother and me saved all of the squirrel tails in a box to be sold to the Mepps Company that used the tails for trout spinners. We couldn't wait to get the check and we bought a bunch of 22 shells with money. Thanks for bringing back some great memories!
