Head Mounted Scan Light

Been thinking of getting one and have been looking at the Nighteyes and the Carnivore 2. I like both lights but the Nighteyes is about $40 more.

Any suggestion or feedback is appreciated.
 
I don't know anything about the carnivore 2 but I do have the night eyes headlamp and I love it. I like the ability to adjust the brightness of the light and Joe the owner takes customer service very seriously.
 
Night Eyes is a good light. The Carnivore 2 is much brighter on high and both lights can be ramped down. I use the Carnivore 2 and love it. You won't be sorry with either one. Good luck with your decision.
 
The Night Eyes is plenty bright enough for my needs. I caught eyes way out (around 200 to 250 yards) with it earlier tonight.

I like the on/off switch a lot, even with heavy gloves on I had no issue changing brightness and shutting it off.

Great design, well thought out and well built.
