About the time I was 30 my aunt and her second husband moved near. He was an avid deer hunter and asked if he could join in. He became an invaluable hunting partner and a best friend. I don't know if you could pursue this avenue or not [I don't know if I would] but it is a different side of the coin. Food for thought. Good Luck.
