Trap Question

I see people are always recommending certain traps such as mbs, bridger, montanas and several others. Why is it the more expensive traps are always the ones that are recommended as a person can do the same thing with #4 duke coils and the price dosen't break the bank for a lot of people. I have run duke #4 coils for few years on coyotes and cats and never had problems.

most of them has had problems with one or the other and whatever they have now dont give them a problem so that is what they like to use and are going to recomend. ford, chevy, gmc, dodge, plotts, redbones, blueticks and walkers. its always the same in every topic

I just bought a dozen of the new Bridger #3 dogless and I'm impressed with them so far.. They're about ready for the dye pot....
Anyone else try them yet?

OP, I've never tried the #4 Duke, but the #3's that I've used have taken alot of fiddling with to get them working right, especially after a catch... I've heard the #4's are better though?
