Trap question

Looking for some advise on taking care of a chicken killer at my house.I have no experience trapping red fox but do calling them just not in my neighborhood.I purchased a Kirk Dekalb Advanced trap #22 cage trap 40"x12"x20".I have a couple small dogs at home with that in mind can I make a leg hold set with another style trap with out a chance of hurting them.What kinda of bait or lures have worked for you folksAny suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

fox aint to hard to get to go in a cage. you got it might as well use it. wont hurt you dogs either.put some raw chicken or canned dog food in back of the cage. should get you fox.
