243 Ackley load ?

I have a 22 inch barrel with 1 in 10 twist I'm trying to get 65gr v-max to shoot. Nothing is shooting spectacular, usually under an inch but that's about it. Any powder or load suggestions?
 
STANDARD .243:
22" bbl, Savage sporter @ 100 yds.

Blc2, 40g mild load at 3200fps = .540", 2.650col
aa2700, 49g, 3746fps, 2.680" col =.670"
45g w760, 2.650" col, .710"

Ive not loaded any other powders and have settled on the 55g NBT for my varmint/coyote load.
The above shoots the same in may pals 26" .243AI though.
He has been testing RL7 (I think, could be r15), H335, imr4350, w760, h414, blc2, Varget with great small groups, but his is also a target rig.
 
I've tried a lot of those powders especially varget cause I use it in the 223 but thought the bullet might be to short for a 1 in 10. Like what a 65 does to prarie dogs compared to a 75 and thought it might stay inside a coyote but haven't tested that yet.

They will stay in a coyote depending on the angle & distance though.
In my 6x45 at 3100 fps the 65g vmax will pass through at just about all broadside shots out to 400 yards unless I hit bone, but they do drop DRT & a frontal chest hit nope, drops like bricks.
