I've killed coyotes with 223, 22-250, 243 , and 308. I must say the Hornady 308 110 grain tap ammo killed with real authority. And the las one I shot head on through the chest with the 308 is being mounted. Very little pelt damage and no exit hole, about 100 yds. But now I'm back to the old 22-250

I've been using a .204 and/or a .223 for Coyotes,bought a .22 Magnum and a .17 WSM B-mag for something lighter and different in case I call in a Fox or Bobcat?

I've been buying up Hornady .22 Hornet Bullets at around $17.50 per box of 25 for my next Rifle Purchase of a CZ American .22 Hornet.Actually the .22 Hornet and .17 HMR bullets have been easier to find than the .22 LR and .22 Magnum shells around here!

I've been looking at a few other .22 Hornet Rifles and may consider a Ruger,Remington,Savage or Kimber also?
