Some Good Ole Jerry Clower

Thanks for sharing!
I, too, grew up on Jerry Clower. We used to listen to his stories on an AM radio staion out of Wichita, KFDI 1070, which for decades (until about 5 years ago) played country music made proir to the 1990s (Classic Country).
Plus my dad used to have a couple of Clower's 8-track tapes.
I always loved Clower...being a "redneck" farm kid, I could relate and to this day laugh loudly at Clower's stories.

Here's a few more I always enjoyed....
"A New Bull" {one of my favorites)

"Uncle Verie's Trial"

"The Chauffeur & The Proffesor"

"Bully Done Flung a Cravin' on Me"

Old man's right hand man wanted to kill me a few years ago, I bought like 10 or 12 Jerry Clower CDs and gave them to Dad. Poor old Dennis didn't hear nothing but Jerry Clower for WEEKS at work!!!

Just think what he would've thought about you, if instead of Clower, you'd have given your dad some old Spike Jones CDs!!!!!
