Question about my xsr upper

Are you referring to the Crosshill Tactical XSR Side Charge Upper?
The plug at the back of the upper won't adjust the gas system. You'll need to remove it to remove the BCG from the upper receiver though. It keeps some gas out of your face compared to simply having a hole in the back of the upper for the gas key to slide through.

Yes,Thats like the one I ordered. I ordered from another vendor and in the print it reads "Upper has a gas adjustment screw in the back of receiver" When I looked at mine again,I could not figure out how. Also as I was waiting for my other parts to arrive I bought an mmr hunter. I took the upper off it and tried to place the stripped xsr upper on the lower. It wont pin up. I can get one of the 2 pins pushed through but not both. Hope wont be issue when I get my lower or its just a minor tweek. But thank you for input. Dan
