Lake City Brass Headstamp?

That crap about not being allowed to recover your brass? I never paid it any mind. The brass is mine, and I pick up. Some of the guy mark across the head with a magic marker, so that they can identify it. Too much work goes into preparation, to let it lie. When I shot the M1A, the brass threw ahead to the right, and it was kinda hard to control it, but, with the AR, you could set your folding stool up to stop the brass, at least in prone.

Same thing on the skeet range. My shells. Ownership does not change when it hits the ground. I would wait until the round was over, though. As long as I am shooting an over and under, there is not a problem.
