I wished I would have went out last weekend, we got a foot and a half of snow last night and today. Power was out for 7 hours today and it will be flooding and muddier than heck for awhile.
 
Great job on the coyotes, sounds like a fun trip, I also tried those 58gr bullets and had the exact some experience as you did, explosive kills , however as time when on I found out that on long shots the wind gets to them just like it does any light bullet, tried the 87gr and didn't get the same results as I did with the 58gr bullets so am back to the drawing board again!
