urgent dogs n deer question

Do deer get spooked by a dog I want to take my dog hunting with me but don't know if it'll scare the deer we only have a few days left of deer season? {please quick answer}
 
I bring my dog deer hunting with me. In CA we can run deer with dogs, but I dont let her run them. I keep her on a leash while walking around. She has better ears, eyes, and nose than me. Sometimes she will smell the deer before we see 'em. She lets me know by getting "birdy". I let her off after the shot and she will track the deer if need be.
