looking for suggestions on a vendor/artist for custom engraving on a floorplate? Like last name or initials sort of thing.

Also, anybody else out there have any cool engraving they have done w/ their guns?

Ken Hurst he lives in Robersonville NC . Not sure if Ken is still doing engraving but he worked for Winchester and a few other companies + he was self employed for many years .If he is still engraving he can do whatever you need done to a gun .If interested look up Ken in a white page search if he isn't I know he can provide you with someone that does top grade work. Yes he touched up a duck I had on the bottom of a K-32 Monte Carlo grade 4 barrel set .I was very pleased with his work .

Here are a couple of examples of hand engraving that I've had done a few years ago...There is a National Engraver's Guild that you might Google and find one close to you...They have categories for Master Engravers and Regular Members....

My S&W model 29 (.44 Mag): Need a better quality photo...

Three custom knives done by the same engraver:

I tried to pull up his information, since he was in Springfield, MO, but he's no longer listed and may not be living anymore...or, he may have dropped out of the business and moved...

I took a few to the local jeweler for engraving, name. initials. I asked 1st & then only brought in the least amount of parts possible.
