Hello folks I have a few friends and my self using Tree walker stands and I am having a problem getting in touch with there customer service.......I am wanting to order replacement mesh seat and some extra clips that secure the stand to the tree.Over all I would say this stand is great as long as you don't or the landowner dosent mind that if you climb the same tree a few times and tear it up with the studs that stick into the tree while you climb,My only concern is they don't pick up or return phone calls or return emails.I guess business is booming and they don't care about repeat business.Do any of you have the same issues with Tree walker.com
