Dem didn't get enough signatures

Now that is FUNNY.

The woman that was going to run on the dem side if jiron is recalled failed to get enough signatures to be put on the ballot. She's outta here without ever leaving home plate!

If I'm understanding all this correctly, IF we can get jiron recalled, Rivera(R) whom DID get enough signatures, automatically gets the position? Is this correct?
