Just picked up some superformace powder at bass pro shop for my .243 but cannot find load data anywhere. I was wondering if anyone can help me. Why would they put out a powder with no data to be found anywhere?

65 GR. HDY V-MAX Hodgdon Suprform .243" 2.600" 49.0 3530 52,100 PSI 51.9C 3773 57,300 PSI

70 GR. SPR HP Hodgdon Suprform .243" 2.625" 46.0 3332 43,600 PSI 51.0C 3661 57,900 PSI

75 GR. HDY HP Hodgdon Suprform .243" 2.640" 45.0 3280 47,400 PSI 49.0 3510 57,900 PSI

You will see a large swing in velocity with this powder from shot to shot. I made the mistake of buying this powder and it still sitting on my shelf collecting dust.

I'm going to load 95 grain noslers but I am seriously contemplating returning the superformance. I do have some varget but I am not sure if that is the best choice for heavier bullets.

More than likely you are stuck with it. Don't know of many shops that will allow return of powders. Buy a box of factory ammo and pull a bullet or two and weigh the factory charge weight. If your using same bullet weight it should get you close to factory to start with.

The newest Hornady manual has data for 95gr bullets with Superformance and the .243 Winchester.
Starting charge is 39.7gr and maximum is 44.4gr. This is data for all their bullets in the 95-100gr bullet weights with Superformance.
