I have the load work up to 25 grs of benchmark out of my 20 inch barrel 1@8 twist. The load is rat holing them. 5 shot group u can cover with a dime. Can't wait to try it out on a coyote. Somebody on here give me the load thank you. VM

They work great, you will be happy. That load is similar to mine.

I use 24gr of Benchmark to push a 60gr Vmax out of my AR. 16" bbl.....

60gr V-max is a coyote anchor, AR or not. Great bullet.

I don't think it would be a very good bullet for cat or gray fox would it? I will use it anyway coyotes here overrun everything esle.

25gr varget seems to be a very consistant 223 load. I use it for my mini14 with 64gr Win power points, 70gr speer, 60gr nosler. One load bumps it up to 25.5gr with the 69gr sierra HPBT match. 26gr with 55gr. A good 223 powder
