federal primers any good?

I have a chance to buy some large pistol federal primed.never have used federal before.anybody use them?

Yeah that's what I got for large pistol and they work as well as any IMO.

Federal primers is all I use. I have just always had a preference for the Federals, I use Federal gold medals and have never had any issues with them.

Just like any other primer, they are good.

Federal have gone bang everytime for me. They are a little softer than others so some people don't like them but I have had good results. My inventory has been mostly Federal until this current shortage and now Federal shares
the shelf with some Winchester, Remington and some CCI on the way.
