Anyone cast their own lead shot?

Wow I used to load shotshells, less than 10 years ago for trap shooting. It seems like shot was about $16 per bag IIRC. I about fell over when I saw it for $35 the other day, now I see prices of about $45! [beeep] is going on?

Anyway, I saw some vids on you tube that look like half baked ideas to produce crappy shot. Anyone have any experience with this process?
