factory crimp 22-250

Going to load some 55 gr v max for my 22-250. The v max do not have a crimp groove. SHould I try a light factory crimp or no crimp?

Theres no need at all for a crimp. And especially dont try crimpin a bullet with no cannalure. Theres enough neck tension with proper resizing that a crimp is not needed.
 
Thanks. I just finished 28 rounds no crimp.I loaded 7 rounds each with IMR4064. 34 gr,, 35gr,, 35.5 and then 36.Hopefuly one of these loads will shoot good.I may have to go to 50gr bullets.I see I can pick up 3 00fps or so by going to 50. I just dont have any right now. Hopeful the hoarding doesnt last to long.I need more powder and bullets.
