first coyote

Got out this am for my second coyote hunt. Started off setting up in the dark with dogs making noise all arround us. So we set up the call and decoy and waited, than out of no where we look up and there is a yote 20 yards from the blind (walked right past the decoy and call) so he stops for just a second and i was able to make a good shot he traveld 30yards and that was it first yote ever weighed 42lbs

thats a hmr im looking to get a 243 but for now its all i have and its working out ok i keep my shots no farther than 60yrds

OK you are never allowed to post again a yote on the second time out,you must of rubbed some special sent all over yourself.

BTW-Great job and nice yote.

lol thanks i went out a 3rd time and called in 3 and missed one but ive gone out 4 or 5 times after that and nothing i think the first one was just a tease to get me hooked and it worked
