Quad rail doesn't fit???

I bought this for my AR

I was trying to install the quad rail, but there's no way it will fit. I thought all of these were made to fit every AR. As long as you are buying a carbine rail for a carbine gun. Anyone else have this problem before?

The rear of that handguard grabs onto the barrel nut. The front claps down "over top" of the metal piece that your factory handguards slid into behind the gas block. I installed one for one of the guys at work who had the same issue.

Are you using a wrench on the D ring or holding back with you hand? Use a wrench and take your time. They fit very tight sometimes. I tried to put one on upside down, once. I called the gut at the gun shop he said I was holding my mouth wrong. I took it in and he put it on in 10 seconds.

Yep...I was doing it wrong. Thanks for your help guys. Took all but 3 minutes once I got my head on straight...lol

Anytime, however you are now required to name for first kill after me. The T and A are capitalized.

Well, if I kill anything with this gun, I may be in big trouble. We can't hunt with them in PA.
