The non illuminated 1" tube version is $229. Looking for opinions on the quality of glass and is the pig plex without red dot user friendly?
A buddy of mine has the 30mm version with the red dot and I must say it's pretty awesome. The only way it could be better is if it went a little higher in magnification. They are alot more expensive. Pushing $500.
Looking for an optic for my AR. Right now I have a Vortex SPARC and contemplating a FTS magnifier. The VXR will do both, without the bulk and cheaper. Just want to see if guys are happy with them that have used them?
My last option is just to go with a 3x9x40 scope. That's how I had it before. Robbed it to put on my new 30.06. I already have a .243 bolt gun with a 4x16x50 so I'm looking to make more of a shorter range AR. 200 yards max.
