Remington 700 26in BBL

Load shoot .6 -.9 in all day. Absolutely devestating on yotes. Shot one head on at 100yds, it was like picking up a bucket of ice water, no exit. Its seated close to the lands but you have to ababy them because there is not enough bullet in the neck. Long throat on the rifle. The owner is good with it.

ackleyman, I may have to try your Barnes 85gr load - haven't found anything that works yet in my Tikka T3 Lite, with either the 85's or the 80 TTSX's. Last attempt was with H4350, but I do like what I see out of this one (RL19 powder)

This has been a fantastic ground-hog load for me!

I use 39.8 of 4064 with the Sierra 80 SBT (Blitz) bullets. This bullet seems to foul much less in my gun, but I haven't gotten the same level of accuracy with these - yet. May try RL19 next, or even RL15.

My same load except I'm using Lapua neck sized brass and CCI 250 primers. I was getting about 3460fps out of that load in my SPS-V. I switched to 40gr. Varget and got 3450fps. No exits on groundhogs as close as 50yds. It will ruin a hogs day, like a sack of bones filled with Jello when you hit them .
