The HTG certainly can be. While taking a short tour of the shop where they are made, I was shown just how easy the can comes apart and goes back together again. It can be taken apart, cleaned in a solvent, and put back together in about 5 minutes. I'm not saying that was the deal maker in getting me to order one for myself, but it did not hurt either.
