I use a home made rub that is great on most anything especially ribs and brisket. Here it is and I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
BBQ Rub:
5-TBL Paprika
3-TBL Koshar salt
3-TBL sugar in the raw
2-TBL garlic powder
2-TBL onion powder
1-TBL black pepper
2-tsp ancho chile powder
2-tsp chile rojo [any chile powder will do]
2-tsp cumin
2-tsp coriander
2-tsp dry tyme
Mix well. Sprinkle on fairly heavy [to taste].
Enjoy.
