Weaver Tactical ring height for ar-15?

I just got my Burris Tac30 1-4x 30mm scope for my 6.8 SPC build. Does anyone have experience with these rings or know which height (high or x-high) I'll need for the Weaver Tactical 6-hole Picatinny rings? I have a Burris PEPR on another upper and like that height. Weaver sent me some info but the x-high still sounds too low unless they left something out:

30mm Hi 1.081” to center of optic

30mm X-Hi 1.201” to center of optic

For a AR15 you need 1.375" to 1.5" Center height for rings and it is best that the rings system is cantilevered.


Here is a good AR base for the price. Mark 2 IMS 1" or 30mm Integral Mount System.
