T-shot patterning

I tryed T-shot for the first time. At 50 yards, I get about 5 pellets in a 10 inch circle. I was very disapointed. I use a Carlson coyote choke on my Berreta Xtrema. I use 3" Remington HD T-shot. I get 2 pellets with OOBuck. I also notice that the the shell doesn't fully open. I get 2 pellets out of 15 with OOBuck. Anybody knows about T-shot patterning or this kind of problem ?
 
Is your "T" steel or lead?
fifty yards is a long way, what % is that. Try dropping down to "F" or 4 buck.You should get 10 or better in a 10" paper plat at 50 yards to kill cleanly.
Is your pattern dropping below your target? shot drops as it slows down just like a bullet,you may have to aim a little higher.
