Rusty's Chuckwagon Onions & Mushrooms

1/2 lb Ground Chuck
1/2 lb Sausage
4 Cups Onions (cut into sixths)
4 quarts (quarts like strawberries come in) fresh whole mushrooms OR 4 Cups Green Giant Whole Mushrooms
3 tbs Beef bouillon granules
1/4 Stick Real Butter
5 tbs Olive oil (CLASSICO 100% PURE)
2 ts seasoned salt
2 ts Creole seasoning

In a bowl mix ground beef and sausage together.
Put ground beef and sausage in a six quart dutch oven or a large aluminum pan flatten to cover the bottom about a 1/2 inch thick.
Peel onion and cut into sixths. Rinse and drain mushrooms
In a large bowl add onions and mushrooms
Add beef bouillon and olive oil to onions and mushrooms, Mix well.
Put onions & mushrooms in pan over ground beef and sausage Pan should be full. Dutch oven about 3/4 full.
Cut butter in small pieces and scatter over top, do the same with seasoned salt and Creole.
In dutch oven use 8 briquettes on bottom and 17 on top. Cook for about a hour.
In the aluminum pan cover with aluminum foil and bake @ 350 for 45 min to an hour.
