I have had a SBE since they came out. I hate to admit that in the 8-10 years I have had it....... I have never cleaned it and it has NEVER jammed.

This year I bought a SBE II in camo strictly as a calling gun. I installed a Burris Speed Bead on it.

The problem with owning a Benelli is that it kills any rational reasons to own anything else.

Beamshot mount, the best I've found. Search for "beamshot" at www.sportsmansguide.com

the action portion on the m2/m2000 look to me to be very similiar, thats why i stated what i did, ....but im gonna take the good advice off this thread and move up to a m2 or sbe, if it every acts the way the stoger does on occasion i will never own another recoil operated other than an a-5 or a-5 variant.... thx for the info guys!

HK M1 S90. SBE, early model but not HK but will float the fourth and a Montefeltro 20ga for the wife. I do use it once in a while if she isn't going.

I got a SBEII.I have ran duck loads down to dove loads. One hic-up came when the gun slipped of my hunting coat pass shooting teal. Operator induced. Looking to pick up an M2 Tactical for 3 gun and predators.

I love my M2 Tactical, great set of factory sights, and the pistol grip helps with both recoil and control. Will shoot birdshot to slugs with NO issues. With the full choke tube installed it will put about 7 pellets of #4 buck on a paper plate at 50 yards (Remington buffered, 3in, 41pellets). One of the best predator guns that I have!
